D&L Construction recently completed an extensive groundwork and blockwork project, helping transform a newly erected steel-framed structure into two substantial commercial units.
The project involved the preparation and installation of reinforced concrete floor slabs, including timber formwork, steel mesh reinforcement, concrete pouring and finishing to create a strong, level and durable surface suitable for commercial use.
Following completion of the flooring, our team carried out the construction of concrete blockwork walls around the perimeter of the building, alongside a central dividing wall to create two separate commercial spaces.
From the initial groundwork through to the finished concrete floors and blockwork, every stage was completed with precision, attention to detail and quality workmanship.
