A new breathable roofing membrane was then installed, followed by timber battens to provide a secure foundation for the new roof covering. The roof was finished with sleek, dark grey slate-effect tiles, carefully laid to create a clean, uniform appearance that complements the surrounding property.
Particular attention was given to the roof edges, adjoining brickwork and detailing to achieve a neat, professional finish.
